There are three main styles of leadership identified in

the literature.

• Identify a tourism organization for which you

would like to be the leader. Provide a brief

description of the organization.

Choose one of the three leadership styles that you

think will be a good fit for that organization.

Provide a rationale for your choice as you identify

and describe the characteristics of that style of

leadership within the organization.
