1. 1. In Chapter 19, in the section ‘Sociology in the Real World’, how does your text describe sleep hygiene?
   2. Do you think you have good sleep hygiene? Explain.
   3. Everyone at least on occasion has problems getting to sleep. Regardless if you have problems regularly or only once in a while. When you do have problems getting enough sleep – what do you think is the main cause of that, explain.
