Convince your friend that s/he should attempt to negotiate the salary of a job offer that s/he recently received – give your friend good reasons why s/he should negotiate based upon all of our relevant class material. Give your friend a plan for how to prepare and make a case for a salary increase. Further, based upon our five conflict/negotiation styles, what style do you recommend s/he use and why? What style should s/he not use?
